RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION

The Registered Pharmacist has to renew his/her Registration every year by paying Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) (including administrative charges) or every three years by paying Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Only) (including administrative charges) between 1st January to 31st March of the concerned year. The above amount should be paid by Challan in favour of “Tripura State Pharmacy Council” drawn on Indian Bank, Agartala payable at Kunjaban, Agartala along with following documents :-

List of Documents Required

1. Renewal Application Form
2. Copy of Renewal Fees Receipt for preceding year
3. Copy of Pharmacist Registration Certificate
4. Two (02) Recent Passport Size Photograph
5. Copy of Aadhar Card 
6. Proof of Birth Date & Birth Place (School / College leaving certificate / Madhyamik Examination Admit Card / Birth Certificate from competent authority)
7. Refresher Course Certificate
8. Self Addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 30/-
