A Registered Pharmacist on acquiring any approved higher qualification in the field of Pharmacy, he can register his additional qualification in the State Pharmacy Council. For example, if a Diploma holder in Pharmacy acquires Graduate Degree in Pharmacy or a Graduate Degree in Pharmacy holder acquires Post Graduate Degree in Pharmacy, he is entitled to have entered his additional qualification for updating his personal profile.

The Pharmacist should submit an application in the prescribed form (Annexure-H) along with the Form-G and relevant certificates of additional qualification to the Registrar. Photo copies of the documents attested by any Gazetted Officer should be enclosed.
