CERTIFICATE FOR PRODUCING IN FOREIGN COUNTRY

A Registered Pharmacist who has migrated/ is intending to migrate to a foreign country with a purpose to obtain a Pharmacy licensure / Registration to practice as a Pharmacist in the concerned country or desires to get admission to a Pharmacy Institution in such Country and he/she is in need of a Certificate from Tripura State Pharmacy Council to produce before the concerned authority he/she should submit an application in prescribed form with documents mentioned therein and Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only).

List of Documents Required

1. Pharmacist Application for the Certificate to be produced in Foreign Country.

2. Application of the Person Authorized by the Pharmacist.
